Patrick works with clients and prospects to offer guidance and recommendations on what is best for their lawn and gardens. Patrick helps ensure that your work is done to the highest level and as promised by effectively communicating with your team. Patrick was born and raised in Northern Virginia and currently lives in Fairfax Station with his wife and two boys. Patrick enjoys coaching his boys in baseball & basketball.

Through his years of experience, he went on to become a Landscape Foreman then a Lawn & Garden Applicator. In 2017, he accepted a promotion to a Lawn & Garden Specialist. He resides in Springfield with his wife and three children. In his free time, he enjoys being with his family and doing small renovations around the house.

Braudytt is originally from Honduras. He came to the United States in 2005. Braudytt has always strived to succeed with over 15 years of experience in lawn maintenance services. In 2018 Braudytt accepted a position with our company as a Crew Leader for our lawn maintenance team. In 2019 Braudytt moved his way up to a Lawn & Garden Applicator and in the same year he was promoted to Assistant Operations Manager. In 2020 he became an Operations Manager, where he facilitates and coordinates daily crew set-up, training and education. Braudytt Lives in Stafford, VA with his wife, two children, three dogs and two macaws. In his free time he enjoys being home with his family and working on cars.

Born and raised in northern Virginia, Jonathan graduated from Woodbridge Senior High School in 2018. He joined BRL&GC in 2019 as a helper with no experience. He was able to quickly master the trade and moved up to a Team leader position in 2020. In 2021 he took on the role of a Lawn Care applicator. In 2022 he took on the role of assistant operations manager. He is now our current Operations Manager where he oversees all personnel and works to make sure our team provide the best quality work possible. Jonathan loves traveling and spending time with his family and is enjoying the journey of being a new dad! Brandon formed Brandon Rushing Lawn & Garden Care in 1995 just before entering George Mason University. He continued operating the business while attending GMU full time, where he earned his B.S. in Business Management and wrestled for the Patriots. After graduation, Brandon continued his horticulture training by earning the Landscape Industry Certified Manager certification, through our leading industry association, NALP. Brandon enjoys coaching wrestling and most any outdoor activity. Brandon lives in Clifton, VA with his wife, Melissa, their four children and family dog, Charlie.
