Your maintenance schedule will be right on your phone, so you’ll know exactly when our crew will arrive to work on your property. And if there’s ever a need to postpone service for any reason (like a thunderstorm or other weather event) it can be rescheduled using the app.
You’ll also have access to a historical record of all past services, so you’ll which services were performed, along with the exact time and date.
The app allows you to instantly see all the services you currently have on your account so you always know what to expect.
And if you want to add something — like our new Acelepryn treatment to protect your property from being destroyed by armyworms — the app makes it easy to send us a message immediately, so you won’t have to remind yourself to email us about it later.
Say, for instance, you’re relaxing in your backyard with a nice cool drink when suddenly you notice something has been munching on your garden plants — and you can see the culprit but have no idea what it is.
With the new app, you can just snap a picture on the spot and submit it to us — no need to wait for business hours. If it is during business hours we can get back to you quickly and let you know what action (if any) is needed (we’ll respond the next business day if it’s sent after hours).
If a service call is needed to handle the problem we can schedule that on the app too :)
Being able to share any questions or concerns you have about your property in real-time will allow us to give you more personal attention, taking your customer service experience to the next level!

You’ll also be able to manage your payment methods and have a record of all past invoices and payments right at your fingertips.
